2. Service Description
WuYouXia provides cloud storage transfer and leeching services. We download files from various services (e.g., Rapidgator, Keep2share) to our high-speed servers, allowing you to download at maximum speed without expensive premium accounts. Our service acts solely as a technical intermediary.
3. User Responsibility & Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that the content of the links you submit complies with laws and regulations. You agree not to use our service to download, store, or distribute any illegal, infringing, pornographic, terrorist, or harmful content. You bear all legal consequences for any illegal use.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. All activities under your account are deemed your own actions. We recommend using a strong, unique password.
5. Traffic Consumption Rules
Service is charged based on traffic usage. Traffic is deducted when a file successfully begins transferring or downloading to our servers. If a file cannot be retrieved due to source-side issues (e.g., file deleted, link expired), no traffic will be deducted.
6. Modification and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. For users who violate the Terms of Service, we reserve the right to ban accounts without refund.
II. Privacy Policy
1. Data Collection
We only collect information necessary to provide our service, including: registration email (for login and password recovery), login IP (for security auditing), and essential cookies (to maintain your session).
2. File Privacy
We respect user privacy. The download links you submit are used only to provide the download service. Files on our servers are stored temporarily and are typically deleted automatically within 24 hours of link generation or 2 hours after download completion.
3. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We will not disclose any of your information unless required by law or to protect our legal rights.
III. Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital products, traffic packages are generally non-refundable once purchased and used (i.e., when traffic consumption records exist).
2. Special Circumstances
If we fail to provide service for an extended period (more than 48 hours) due to severe server failure, and your account still has a significant amount of unused traffic, you may apply for a pro-rated refund.
3. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding traffic deduction, please contact our support or submit a ticket within 24 hours. We will verify the claim based on our server logs.
